Minchen’s R&D team comprises many professionals with Master and Ph.D. degrees. We retain the concept of best technology and quality, and devote to gear R&D globally. Minchen also cooperates with domestic education institution for advanced research in order to maintain ongoing innovation and improve production procedures. In order to provide our customers with more accurate and professional gear design services, we have created our own bevel gear design programs with the cutting methods developed by Gleason, and we have also built many facilities for gear quality inspection. To satisfy our customers’ demands, we even focus on precise forging gear research for developing diversity products in recent years.
